Chorizo Nuggets and Caramelized Peach
- 3 oz. Chorizo nuggets
- 1½ tbsp. honey
- ¼ cup peaches, cut into wedges
- Salad greens
- Snow pea shoots (optional)
- Aged cider vinegar (to taste)
- In a medium frying pan, brown the chorizo nuggets for 3 minutes.
- Add peaches and cook together for 2 minutes.
- Stir in honey and remove from heat.
- Spoon over salad greens (add snow pea shoots if desired) and season with cider vinegar.
Add grilled bread with olive oil for a great side!
