Blue Cheese Stuffed Figs


  • 3 figs (semi-ripe)
  • 3 slices of serrano ham
  • Blue cheese
  • Arugula (1 handful)
  • Balsamic vinegar


  1. Cut a vertical slit into the side of each fig, taking care not to cut all the way through.
  2. Stuff each fig with blue cheese.
  3. Fold each slice of serrano ham in half lengthwise and wrap around the top ¾ of the fig.
  4. Bake for 12 minutes at 400 degrees F until soft.
  5. Serve with arugula dressed with balsamic vinegar.
