A Little Less Spice, A Little More Smoke
Our Chorizo Tradición is made with the same attention to quality as our Chorizo Clásico, yet is crafted with two key differences that give it a very different flavor profile. First, we use finely ground pork sausage instead of coarse-ground, which gives the chorizo a more refined texture. And substituting sweet pimentón for the traditional pimentón in other chorizos gives each bite a sweet, smoky flavor that’s perfect for tapas and more.
