Serrano and Citrus Salad


  • Pomegranate
  • Clementines
  • Arugula
  • Campofrio Jamón Serrano
  • Spanish extra virgin olive oil


  1. Remove rind from the clementines and segment. Keep one clementine to use the juice for dressing the salad.
  2. Add clementines to the arugula and dress the salad with orange juice and Spanish olive oil.
  3. Roll the serrano and place it over the salad.
  4. Deseed the pomegranate and sprinkle to finish.
