Serrano and Citrus Salad
- Campofrio Jamón Serrano
- Spanish extra virgin olive oil
- Remove rind from the clementines and segment. Keep one clementine to use the juice for dressing the salad.
- Add clementines to the arugula and dress the salad with orange juice and Spanish olive oil.
- Roll the serrano and place it over the salad.
- Deseed the pomegranate and sprinkle to finish.
