- Monte Enebro or any soft goat cheese
- Comice pear slices
- Cornichons pickles
- Green brined olives
- Jamón Serrano
- Put a small piece of goat cheese on a breadstick.
- Wrap a piece of Jamón Serrano around the breadstick to hold the cheese in place.
- Serve with pear slices, goat cheese, pickles and olives.
