Chorizo Nuggets and Caramelized Peach


  • 3 oz. Chorizo nuggets
  • 1½ tbsp. honey
  • ¼ cup peaches, cut into wedges
  • Salad greens
  • Snow pea shoots (optional)
  • Aged cider vinegar (to taste)


  1. In a medium frying pan, brown the chorizo nuggets for 3 minutes.
  2. Add peaches and cook together for 2 minutes.
  3. Stir in honey and remove from heat.
  4. Spoon over salad greens (add snow pea shoots if desired) and season with cider vinegar.

Add grilled bread with olive oil for a great side!
