Smoky Chorizo Deviled Eggs


12 hard-cooked eggs, peeled

2/3 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup Campofrio Chorizo nuggets, finely chopped

1 tsp sherry vinegar

1/4 tsp each salt and pepper

1 tbsp chopped fresh chives

1/4 tsp smoked paprika


Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 15 minutes

Total Time: 20 minutes

Makes: 24 deviled eggs


Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Scoop out yolks and place into bowl.


Mash yolks with fork; stir in mayonnaise, Chorizo, vinegar, salt and pepper.


Scoop into egg white halves. Sprinkle with chives and smoked paprika.


Tip: Sprinkle with chopped parsley instead of chives if desired.
